C&F is a bright, steady light in my life—
a place where music gathers people
the way warmth gathers groups in winter.

Every time I take part in the quiet work
behind a concert or a gathering,
I am left in awe—
at the colors that appear when people create together,
at how a simple idea can rise into something
that fills a room with wonder.

To share this experience with the world
is a delicate task.
Like the performances themselves,
it must be shaped with care—
tuned to the moment,
to the place,
to the season of life in which the music is offered.

My hope is to kindle something lasting,
a spark of genuine interest
in as many hearts as there are people in the community—
each unique, each welcome,
each touched in their own way
by the music we make together.
