Founding Friends

At our September 2024 ‘Colin & Friends’ concerts we announced the formation of our exciting FOUNDING FRIENDS group. The purpose of the Founding Friends is to gather our most dedicated supporters together into a group that can help guide and shape C&F to help us gain a more solid financial footing as the first chapter of our 501(c)(3) organization unfolds.

The response to the Founding Friends concept has been simply AMAZING and we are proud to have close to 200 people who have joined as Founding Friends to help Colin & Friends become a truly sustainable part of our community life. Many of our Founding Friends have business or personal experiences to draw upon which they are already generously sharing with us. One of our very knowledgeable members recently said that we are “trying to do in two years that which takes some new arts organizations twenty.”  Well, yes, we are – and we believe we’ll be able to achieve our bold ambitions and find a way to make our daring financial ‘model’ work. ‘Colin & Friends’ is truly a “build it, and they will come!” scheme – and what we’ve achieved so far is merely a small hint of what is possible in the future.
